2024 10/11 – Bradley Dean Skibinski, Sr

Bradley Dean Skibinski, Sr., 55, of Sandoval, Illinois passed away on September 29, 2024, at SSM Health St. Mary’s Hospital in Centralia, Illinois.

Bradley was born January 22, 1969, in Centralia, Illinois, the son of James Skibinski, Sr. and Carolyn (DuRall) Skibinski.

Bradley is survived by his partner, Rebecca Tyler of Sandoval, his children: daughter, Kendra and partner Mondrae Sharkey, their children, Kaylen Chumley, Zayden Chumley, Zaylen Chumley, JaLaylen Sharkey, and Draeden Sharkey of Salem; son, Brandon and wife MicKayla Skibinski of Carlinville, Illinois; daughter, Katlin and husband Daniel, their two sons, Benjamin and Maverick Gillmore of Centralia; daughter, Brittany Tyler and her daughter Cerenitey Gilbert of Centralia; daughter, Allison Skibinski of Centralia; daughter, Alexis Skibinski and her sons, Luke Howard, Kaiden Danney and Liam Danney of Centralia; son, Bradley Skibinski Jr of Salem; siblings, Bill Skibinski of Walnut Hill, Jim Skibinski and wife Tina of Sesser, Jeff Skibinski of Centralia, Angie Alexander of Nashville and Joe Gray of Mt. Vernon and several nieces and nephews.

Bradley was a jack of all trades. He enjoyed carpentry work and he took pleasure in tackling jobs that most would not or could not do. His hobbies include reading the newspaper and books. He particularly enjoyed reading Stephen King novels. His favorite band was ACDC and he loved Eagles. He enjoyed spending time with his family.

Preceding Bradley in death are his mother, Carolyn Skibinski, and his siblings, Kelly Skibinski of Centralia and Scott Gray of Centralia.

A visitation will be held Friday, October 11, 2024, from 5 pm-7 pm at Sutherland-Garnier Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the family and will be accepted at the Sutherland-Garnier Funeral Home at 235 North Sycamore Street Centralia, Illinois 62801, (618)532-3523, who is honored to be of service to Bradley’s Family.
