The first place winner of the Centralia Balloon Fest cardboard boat races is Julia Cushman. She outlasted 2nd place finisher Tiberius Kingery and 3rd place finisher Saige Wallis.
Three other awards were handed out. Karolina Harris was named for Best Effort, Kyle Hodge for Most Spectacular Sinking, and Ana Tindall for having the best boat.
There were three heats in all of the annual event.
