Two people remain in the Marion County Jail Friday morning following separate domestic battery arrests. Marion County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 32-year-old Kyle Obermeier of North Everett in Odin, while Central City Police arrested 45-year-old Morgan Brown of East 3rd in Centralia.
Salem Police arrested two on Clinton County failure to appear warrants in a theft case following a Thursday traffic stop. 47-year-old Jesse Frank of East 9th in Junction City was also arrested for obstructing justice, no valid driver’s license and no insurance. Passenger 48-year-old Mary Frank of the same address was also arrested for possession of adult use cannabis in a vehicle. Both were taken to the Marion County Jail.
24-year-old Michael Foutch, who told Centralia Police he was homeless, was arrested on a Marion County felony failure to appear warrant.
22-year-old Serena Gentile, who told Marion County Jail officials she was homeless was transported back to Marion County after being arrested in Clinton County on a Marion County misdemeanor failure to appear warrant.
