Centralia Police have arrested a man wanted by Mt. Vernon police on home invasion and weapons charges.  31-year-old Kendrick Feggins was picked up on a warrant charging home invasion aggravated discharge of a firearm and possession of a firearm by a felon.  Bond is set at $500,000.  Feggins reportedly had been staying in the Centralia area.

Mt. Vernon Police say Feggins was wanted in connection with two separate incidents.  The first involved gunshots fire in the area of 19th and Logan Streets the afternoon of December first.  No one was injured in the incident.  Victims of the incident and City of Mt. On December fifth, police along with fire and ambulance personnel responded to a report of a home invasion with persons injured in the 4100 block of Willow Springs.  Initial reports indicate a person illegally entered an apartment and battered two people inside.  Both alleged victims received hospital treatment.  An investigation led to Feggins as the alleged offender.

Centralia Police reportedly located Feggins within a few hours of Mt. Vernon Police seeking their help on serving the warrant.
