Kell Grade School Principal Sarah Beth Ferrell says the school is going back on full remote learning until after the holiday break.
She reports an additional staff member has tested positive and two others have been placed on quarantine. That combined with 37-percent of the student body now being on quarantine led to the decision to switch to full remote.
Teachers will use Tuesday as a remote planning day, with students beginning to work remotely on Wednesday. The school will utilize busses to distribute work beginning at 9:30 Wednesday morning or you can call before then to pick up.
Sack breakfast/lunches will be available for any student that requests one. Meal distribution will be on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 11 to 11:30 am.
Teachers will be available daily for communication from nine to one pm.
