Marion County Sheriff’s Department investigating burglary to vacant home

The Marion County Sheriff’s Department is investigating a burglary to a vacant home on the 2800 block of Lazy Acres Road in rural Odin.

Reports indicate the break-in occurred on Friday night. A mower and a battery charger are among the items missing. The home was reported to be ransacked.
