In Little League Majors last night, Rotary shutout Crouse Funeral Home 14-0 in five innings. Ben Lux was the winning pitcher striking out 14 allowing just 1 hit and 1 walk. He also had 2 hits including a double at the plate. Nolan Krutsinger had 2 hits, Eli Purdy singled and homered, Ethan Parret added a single and Colton Calhoun had 3 hits including a double. Devan Jennings had the only Crouse single.
In softball action, Kaylee Carroll dominated in the circle with 10 strikeouts giving up 1 hit and no runs as Max Dye beat Salem Tire 7-0. Kayla Tabor, Carroll and Julianna Rushing had 2 hits for Max Dye. Kaylee and Jayla added 2 RBI. Aubree Hawley had a hit and Rylee Garland added a single and RBI.
