Today is the 3a Sectional semifinals in prep softball. Waterloo is the site starting at 3pm with Freeburg and Effingham followed by Marion and Waterloo. At Charleston today, the hosts take on Chatham Glenwood at 4 followed by Mt Zion and Rochester.
In 4a Sectional semifinals, at Belleville West today, Belleville East will take on Edwardsville with the winner getting either Minooka or Bradley Bourbonnais at Pekin on Friday.
