Sandoval Police arrested a 51-year-old Salem man on drug charges following a Monday traffic stop. David Rose of Quail Run was taken to the Marion County Jail for alleged possession of cannabis, manufacture/delivery of 30 to 500 grams of cannabis, and driving on a suspended license.
