Lady Cats Track Compete At Rain Shortened Mattoon Invite

The Salem girls track team competed at the Mattoon Invite after the rain shortened the event.

Hannah Smith won the discus with a new PR of 108 feet.  She also was 5^th in the shot.

Brylee Pennpyacker was 3^rd in the discus.  Finley Puricelli was 3^rd in the high jump, Maci Thorsen 4^th in the 3200, Kinsey Jarrett was 5^th in the long jump.

Placing 6^th in the 400 meter relay was the team of Eden Gallia, Avery Robinson, Puricelli and Jarrett.  The Girls will travel to Herrin on Tuesday.
