Yesterday in prep girls’ soccer, Breese Central fell to Civic Memorial 7-0, Columbia beat Althoff 6-1, Freeburg over Rochester 3-2, Highland shutout Greenville 1-0, Wood River lost to Metro East Lutheran 3-1, Mount Vernon tied 3-3 with Pinckneyville.
