The South 7 has released it’s All Conference Girls Basketball team.
Centralia’s Jalea Shered led the Conference champion Annies and also was named Player of the Year. She is joined on the first team by teammate Jasaiyah Wallace. They are joined along with Mount Vernon’s Tiara Johnson, Kamaree Pollard and Melaina Zedalis along with Carbondale’s Dalia Roman.
On the 2nd team were Centralia’s Romane Dumay along with Marion’s Libbie Garrett and Ny’aajha Curry along with Carbondale’s Madysyn Butler and Kayda Austin of Cahokia.
Honorable Mention went to Centralia’s Ceci Barrow, Mount Vernon’s Maelee Allen, Alexis Ucci of Marion along with teammate Kaitlyn Reuss and Carbondale’s Keniya Ward.
