Centralia Police have arrested a 29-year-old Centralia man for criminal trespass to land and resisting a peace officer.   Joshua Lucas of South Pine was arrested following an early Sunday morning incident in one of the rooms of Centralia Motel.    He had earlier been banned from the property leading to the trespass arrest.    Lucas reportedly resisted being taken into custody as well.  He was taken to the Marion County Jail.

A 54-year-old Salem man who called Salem Police to file a complaint ended up being arrested when it was discovered he was wanted on an Arizona failure to appear warrant in a DUI case.   Daniel Putt of Glenwood Acres was taken to the Marion County Jail after Arizona officials say they would extradite him on the charge.
