A 43-year-old Centralia man has pleaded guilty to criminal sexual abuse from an incident that occurred in November 2005.
Francisco Rojas of West Rexford admitted to committing sexual abuse with a person unable to understand the nature of the act or give knowing consent. He was placed on two years conditional discharge and ordered to have no contact with the victim.
Charges of criminal sexual assault with the use of force and aggravated criminal sexual abuse to a 13 to 17 year old while being at least five years older than the alleged victim were dropped as part of the plea.
Court records indicate all three charges stem from the same incident involving one victim.
