A 34-year-old Centralia man originally charged with grooming has pleaded guilty to a reduced misdemeanor charge of endangering the health and life of a child.
Micah Johnson of Clear Lake Drive entering the plea in Marion County Court on Wednesday and was placed on two years conditional discharge, and ordered to undergo drug, alcohol, and mental health counseling.
Johnson had been arrested by Salem Police in March after he was accused of sending inappropriate messages via text to a juvenile in Salem.
