Patoka/Odin finished 2nd to Central City 3-2 in the title game of the OBC Baseball Tournament. The Mohawks scored 2 runs in the final inning but had their rally cut just short. The game only had 4 total hits as the Citians had 3 of them. Hayden Gray had the lone Mohawk hit with runs from Quentin Faulkner and Alec Payne. Lance Nix struck out 8 and allowed 2 hits in 4.1 innings of work. Hunter Thompson got the final 5 outs, with 3 ks.
Selmaville won the 3rd place game over Iuka 15-4. Walker Crank led Selmaville going 3-4 with 3 RBI. Nicholi Marhanka added 2 hits including a double and drove in 2. Selmaville also got RBI from Carter Shanafelt, Logan Butts, Tripp Garden, Jacob Butts, and Parker Lewis. Landon White had 2 hits and drove in a run for Iuka, Trygg Aaron also had an RBI and Damon Jennings added 2 hits. Selmaville will play today at the Little League Complex hosting North Clay.
