Danny Tanner, 59, of Mount Vernon, Illinois, passed away at 6:30 pm on August 7, 2023, in Mount Vernon.
He was born September 13, 1963, in Anna, Illinois to the late Marvin Lee and Sandra Jean (Hill) Tanner.
Danny is survived by his son, Christian Tanner and wife, Caroline Melton of Watauga, Texas; brothers, Jason Tanner and wife, Felicia of Ashley, Illinois, Kermit Shane Tanner of Omaha, Nebraska, and Kelly Dale Tanner and wife, Rachel of Desoto, Illinois; grandchild, Lorelei Moon Tanner of Watauga, Texas; mother, Vicki Lee Tanner of Marion, Illinois; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
In addition to his parents, Danny was preceded in death by his grandparents.
Danny worked twenty-nine years at Comprehensive Connections as a job coach and then worked in the rehabilitation center.
A Graveside Service will be held Friday, August 11, 2023, at 1:00 PM at New Salem Cemetery in Creal Springs, Illinois. Interment will follow.
