Selmaville Lady Rockets Open With Dominant Win

Selmaville opened up with a 17-2 win over Field.  The game was 4-0 after five innings when Selmaville scored 13 runs in the top of the six.  Kaolin Lewis tripled and drove in 3 runs.  Shelby Johnson went 2-3 and scored 4 runs.  Every starter scored at least once.  Keira Meredith threw a one hitter striking out 15 and allowed no earned runs.  The Lady Rockets are off until Friday’s OBC Tournament semifinal at Odin against either the hosts or Iuka.
