Centralia Police Department Sergeant Gary Denton has retired.
Centralia Police say Denton joined the department in 2002 and served as a Patrol Officer, Community Police Officer, and School Resource Officer before being promoted to Sergeant in 2021. He dedicated almost 21 years of faithful service to the city, its residents, businesses, and visitors prior to his official last day of work on July 31st.
The Centralia Police Department is wishing Denton the best as he begins the next chapter of his life.
