The Senior American Legion District 23 tournament continued yesterday at Aviston Park before the rain moved through. In the elimination game, the Aviston Conductors hung on to eliminate Carlyle 6-5. Dawson Keuper hit a 3-run homer. Carlyle had a player thrown out at the plate trying to tie the game in the 6th inning.
The Conductors will play today at 3pm today against either Trenton or the Express who had their winners bracket game rained out yesterday and will play it today at 1pm.
