The Salem 12u All Stars will play today in the championship of the District Tournament against the hosts in Robinson at 7pm. Salem will need to win tonight and then beat Robinson tomorrow in the “if necessary” game. The Cats got to tonight’s finals by beating Olney last night in an elimination game 12-1. Owen Tennyson doubled twice, Zane Applegate also had a 2-bagger in the 10-hit attack. Colton Tockstein drove in 3 runs on 2 hits and 2 runs scored. Kai Graham had 2 RBI with Applegate, Tennyson, Robby Petrea and Tripp Graden adding RBI. Applegate and Tennyson combined on the mound for the win allowing just 3 hits and no earned runs.
