Marion County Sheriff’s Deputies were called to break up a disturbance outside a home in the 200 block of South Maple Street in Sandoval late Monday night.
20-year-old Jeremyah Waits of South Maple Street in Sandoval was arrested and taken to the Marion County Jail for alleged aggravated battery and disorderly conduct. A 17-year-old juvenile girl from Central City was released to a guardian after also being arrested for aggravated battery.
Deputies say two vehicles with ten occupants converged at the home and were yelling at the residents inside. A fight later occurred leading to the arrests.
The sheriff’s department reports no one had to go to the hospital for treatment.
The incident was reported at 10:36 Monday night.
