A 33-year-old Salem man was arrested by Salem Police on an outstanding Clinton County warrant for failure to appear in court for driving on a suspended license. Jerel Wisecup of East Bennett was taken to the Marion County Jail and was later transferred to the Clinton County Jail at Carlyle. The bond on the warrant is set at $10,000.
Alma Police arrested 24-year-old Lucas Oswald of Kinmundy Road in Louisville on an Effingham County small claims warrant. He posted $200 cash bond and was released.
