Effingham grad and former Yankee relief standout Chad Green has been rehabbing from Tommy John Surgery in May of 2022 and is expected to return for the 2nd half of this season after being signed by the Toronto Blue Jays. Green threw off the mound at the Blue Jays’ complex in Dunedin , Florida. He then moved to facing hitters in a live BP session on May 30th and was scheduled to throw another live session last week.
