At the Little League Complex, in a game played under protest in Majors, Rotary Reds beat Schmidt Ford 18-2. Rotary’s Jared Crompton was the winning pitcher allowing 4 hits and striking out 12. Rotary banged out 15 hits, Crompton and Zane Applegate each had 4 hits and doubled, Kai Graham had 2 hits, Kam Rasul singled and doubled, Eli Purdy added a double with Davion Garrison and Matt Carter also with singles. For Schmidt Ford, Isaac Knapp had 2 hits, Rob Petrea singled and Jacob Butts doubled.
Country Financial defeated Elks 8-7 in boys coach pitch. Country Financial turned a double play only to be outdone by Elks triple play. Levi Knapp and Peyton Etnier led Country with 3 hits. Reed Knapp, Spencer Gaston and Royce Nattier had 2 each. For Elks, Logan Howe, Brady Carroll, Calen Veit-Tackett, Sam Jones and Jonah Findley had 2 hits each.
