The current President of Lifestar Ambulance has announced some promotions as he plans to somewhat slow down as the company celebrates its 50th anniversary.
Roger Campbell says Ross Smith, a 25-year associate of Lifestar, has been named Chief Operations Officer over the Marion County operations. Campbell adds Ross is a long-time trusted team member and will do a tremendous job as COO.
The present Chief Operations Officer John Wright will move into the Chief Executive Officer’s and President’s position, replacing Campbell. Wright has been a loyal associate for over 12 years.
Campbell will remain as President of the Board. He would like to thank the fine people from the Centralia and Salem area for all the support given to them since the company was founded in Centralia in 1973. He says they look forward to expanding with more services available during this anniversary year.
