Busy Night At Little League Complex On Thursday

At the Complex in softball action, Radiac walked it off over Somer Real Estate 14-13.  Kenzie Collier was the winning pitcher with 5k’s and Kinslie Parrish got the save.  Rylee Wilson 2-2 with 3 RBI and also driving in runs were Parrish, Talya Gowler, Grayce Rose and Gia Ward.

Salem Tire beat Marion County Savings Bank 4-0.  Katee Sellers was the winning pitcher striking out 14 and allowing just 2 hits.  Kaolin Lewis scored 2 runs.  Baylee Brown and Teryn Quinn also scored.  In the loss, Kiera Meredith struck out 14 and Kenley Cripps had 2 hits.

In coach pitch, All State beat Fabick 15-0.  In the win, Julianna Rushing drove in 7 runs on 4 hits, Abbi Haines added 3 RBI with 2 each from Skylar Gaston, Kennedy Thompson and Arabella Hudspeth.

In Major’s action, it was a tight matchup that saw Rotary nip Schmidt Ford 2-1.  In the win, the Rotary Reds only had 1 hit, but walked 9 times.  Davion Garrison doubled.  Zane Applegate struck out 10 for Rotary with Jared Crompton coming in to strike out 5 in relief to get the win.  In the loss, Isaak Knapp and Owen Tennyson singled.  Tanner Purintun and Jacob Butts combined to strikeout 10 for Schmidt.
