The 1a girls soccer sectionals open today. At Columbia, the day begins with Althoff and Murphsyboro at 5 followed by Father McGivney and Freeburg at 7.
The 2a regionals continue with semifinal play. At Harrisburg, Carbondale and Anna play at 5 followed by Marion and Harrisburg. Olney will host Waterloo. At Triad, Jerseyville plays the hosts followed by Mascoutah and Highland.
