A 56-year-old rural Kinmundy man was found unconscious under his overturned ATV on a trail off the 7900 block of Sinclair Road in rural Kinmundy early Sunday evening.
Marion County Sheriff’s Deputies say another person saw Dewayne Hall of Sinclair Road lying on the trail and called for help.
Hall reportedly was unconscious when emergency help arrived and appeared to have sustained a head injury.
Kinmundy-Alma Fire and Ambulance assisted Hall at the scene and a United Medical Response Ambulance intercepted and took Hall to Salem Township Hospital. An Air-Evac medical helicopter was originally called to the scene, but they declined due to the incoming severe weather.
The incident was reported at 5:22 Sunday evening.
