A 19-year-old Walnut Hill woman indicated she would seek medical treatment on her own following a single-vehicle crash Sunday night on Walnut Hill Road at the Main Street intersection in Walnut Hill.
Evelyn Seaman of Jeff Road reported she was eastbound on Walnut Hill Road when she lost control, drove through the ditch on the north side of the ditch, went into a wooded area, and came to a stop after hitting a tree.
The Centralia Fire Protection District and Lifestar Ambulance both responded to the scene to assist.
The crash was reported at 7:06 Sunday evening.
