A 52-year-old Wamac man has been charged in Marion County Court with A Class X felony charge of possession with intent to deliver 15 to 100 grams of methamphetamine.
Jackie Scanlan of Wabash Avenue also faces a second charge of possession of 15 to 100 grams of methamphetamine.
The bond was set at $100,000. Scanlan had a public defender appointed to represent him and was ordered to not use drugs if released on bond.
Scanlan was arrested on Thursday by Wamac Police.
