In Little League Major’s last night, Rotary improved to 2-0 with a 12-3 win over Larimer’s Abstract. Zane Applegate, Jared Crompton and Kai Graham combined to strike out 13 in the win. At the plate, Graham had 3 hits including a double, Crompton had 3 singles, Applegate 2 hits with a triple, Kemper Johnson had 2 hits and Matt Carter and Eli Purdy each doubled.
Schmidt Ford beat Somer Real Estate 5-0. Owen Tennyson led the way with 2 hits including a double, 2 RBI and run scored. Also driving in runs were Isaac Knapp, Tanner Purintun, Jacob Butts. In the loss, Emit Gibson had 2 hits for Somer with Grant Squibb, Ben Skibinski and Drew Consolino adding hits.
