The South Central Wooden Bat Tournament begins today at Lions Field in Kinmundy with a good field that includes the past 2 Class A state champions. The first game of the tournament will be at 4:30 when Flora takes on Woodlawn followed by North Clay and South Central in a Showdown at 7pm.
The tournament concludes tomorrow and the schedule has changed a bit with the impending weather. South Central takes on Woodlawn at 9, Woodlawn and North Clay at 11, Flora and North Clay at 1 and the final game of the tournament will be the host Cougars and Flora at 3pm.
