A 16-year-old Salem juvenile girl was injured in a rollover crash on the 47-hundred block of North Hotze Road south of the Tonti Road intersection early Monday night.
The Marion County Sheriff’s Department reports the vehicle was northbound when it left the roadway near a series of curves, corrected, and came back onto the pavement, before rolling over and coming back to a stop on its wheels in the roadway.
The juvenile was out of the vehicle before sheriff’s deputies and the Salem Fire Protection District arrived on the scene.
She was taken to Salem Township Hospital by United Medical Response.
The call came in at 6:51 Monday night.
