Last night in 1a, Carlyle won the Metro East Lutheran regional with a 52-46 win over McGivney, St Anthony over North Clay in Louisville 59-46, Okawville at home beat Nokomis 50-10 and Edwards County over Marissa at Steeleville 55-21.
Tonight in 1a title games Neoga will host CHBC and Woodlawn plays Christopher at Bluford.
In 2a last night, Mater Dei beat Althoff in Belleville 57-44, TTown over Mt Carmel 45-25 at Carmi, Robinson won the Flora regional beating Newton 58-41, Benton beat the hosts at Harrisburg 52-34, Paris at home over Arthur 46-34, Breese Central knocked off Freeburg for the first time in 3 tries as they won the Sparta Regional 37-23, Pana over Tolono 50-28 at Warre3nsburg and at Wood River it was Staunton beating Marquette 44-31.
In 2a tonight, Massac County hosts Carterville and Pittsfield hosts Hillsboro.
Last night in 3a, Mount Vernon won the Marion Regional beating the host Lady Wildcats 81-55 and Mascoutah lost at home to East St Louis 50-47.
In 3a, Lincoln and Champaign Central play at Bloomington, Mt Zion and Glenwood at Eisenhower, Highland hosts Waterloo, Mahomet hosts Normal West and Effingham plays the hosts at Mattoon.
In large school regional finals last night, Alton won at home over Quincy 58-31 behind 19 from Laila Blakney. At Belleville East the hosts fell to O’Fallon 63-20.
