Three people face new felony charges in Marion County Court following weekend arrests.
Bond was set at $75,000 for 35-year-olld Billie Peak of 607 West Third in Centralia after he was charged with aggravated domestic battery and aggravated battery. Peek is accused of attempting to strangle a family member and grabbing the same person by the face and digging his fingers into her cheeks. If released on bond he was ordered to have no contact with the victim.
25-year-old Coleman Ross of Frazier Street in Centralia has been charged with aggravated fleeing and eluding police and driving with a revoked license. Ross is accused of fleeing from Centralia Police on North Elm near Bicknell at speeds of more than 21 miles per hour on January 22nd. Due to a past conviction, Ross is extended term eligible. The public defender was appointed to represent him. Ross is being held on $20,000 bond in a possession of methamphetamine case. No additional bond was set.
57-year-old Tina Williams of West Broadway in Centralia was charged with possession of under five grams of methamphetamine. She was released on $5,000 personal recognizance bond.
