After a two-year absence due to COVID concerns, the Fellowship Christmas Luncheon is back this year at the Salem Presbyterian Church.
Whether you’re an empty-nester, widowed, or maybe you celebrate your Christmas on an alternative day with your family, you are invited to join the Salem Presbyterian Church in the celebration of Jesus’ birth.
The purpose of this get-together is to promote fellowship among people who would otherwise be alone on Christmas Day. Every Christmas, for over 40 years now, the Salem Presbyterian Church serves a full Christmas dinner at noon with all the extras. To make the holiday merry, they will start with warm apple cider while they sing some Christmas carols. Christmas meal of ham, turkey, mashed potatoes, dressing, gravy, and green beans, as well as numerous salads, side dishes, and wonderful desserts, will be available.
You’re asked to make a reservation if you know you will attend. Call the church office at 548-2754 to make a reservation to help with meal planning. Transportation can be provided.
Because they are encouraging fellowship, they do not provide carry-outs for this meal as that would defeat the purpose. There is no charge to attend.
