Construction of a solar array at SSM Health St. Mary’s Hospital and remodeling of the former Title Max building in the Fairview Shopping Center into an Arby’s Restaurant were the highlights of the City of Centralia’s November building permit report.
The solar project at St. Mary’s Hospital has an estimated cost of $508,000 and is expected to be completed in two phases. Further details were not immediately available.
Turbo Restaurant was given a $210,000 permit to remodel the former Title Max building in the parking lot of Fairview Shopping Center into an Arby’s restaurant. Work is expected to be completed shortly.
There were a total of 11 projects on this month’s building permit report with a total construction value of $754,191.
Other permits include three issued to Mission Centralia to construct wheel chair ramps to two homes in the 1100 block of North Maple and a third in the 1100 block of East Second.
There was one demolition permit for a commercial building that was issued to tear down a building at 1829 South Pine.
