Centralia Police arrested a Decatur woman on drug charges and an outstanding warrant. Jessica Welch was taken to the Marion County Jail for alleged possession of a controlled substance and on a Marion County traffic warrant with bond set at $2,500.
57-year-old Chris Dwiggins was arrested at a Salem motel on an outstanding Clinton County felony warrant for a pending possession of a controlled substance charge and a St. Louis City warrant. Salem Police went to a Salem motel room where they were told by another police agency where Dwiggins could be found.
Centralia Police arrested 35-year-old Joshua Orrell of North Walnut in Centralia on a misdemeanor warrant on a pending theft case with bond set at $5,000.
