Cynthia M. Wiseley, 60, of Mount Vernon, Illinois, passed away at 5:47 am July 2, 2022, at her residence surrounded by her family in Mount Vernon.
She was born June 11, 1962, in Dekalb, Illinois to Eugene Creek and Linda Breedlove. Cynthia married Steven Wiseley on May 11, 1981, in Sullivan, Illinois.
In addition to her loving husband of forty-one years, Cynthia is survived by her father, Eugene Creek; stepmother, Connie Creek; son, Aaron Wiseley of Mount Vernon, Illinois; daughter, Kristina Wharry and husband, Justin of Thompsonville, Illinois; grandchildren, Preston Wharry, Javan Wharry, Jenniffer Wharry, and Zoe Wiseley; Brother, David Creek and wife, Elonor Anne; sisters, Meta Creek, Shelia Price and husband, Steven, Shawna Waterstradt and husband, Mike; and several nieces and nephews.
Cynthia was preceded in death by her mother, Linda Breedlove; stepfather, Robert Breedlove; and daughter, Jenniffer Wiseley. Cynthia was a devoted wife and loving mother and grandmother. She was a member of Jehovah’s Witness Congregation and loved spending time talking to others about the bible.
