Aron Flanagan passed away peacefully on Friday, August 21st, 2026, at the age of 54, in Centralia, IL surrounded by love. Aron was born on Saturday, February 12th, 1972, the son of Connie (Hough) Claybourn. He married Natasha Flanagan on October 14, 1993, in Patoka, Il and she survives.
Aron was a dedicated and hardworking individual, having been the owner and operator as a truck driver for over 30 years. He was well-respected in his community and industry for his commitment and work ethic.
Aron enjoyed many pastimes that brought him closer to nature and his loved ones. He had a passion for arrowhead hunting, gardening and spending time outdoors. Many cherished memories were made on family road trips to Buc-ee’s, as Aron loved being surrounded by the laughter and company of his family. He also enjoyed spending his days by the lake and sharing his humor by creating funny videos and online content.
He is survived by his loving wife, Natasha Flanagan, and his children, Delena, Billy, Patrick, Allison, Molli, and Clay, who were his pride and joy. Aron was a proud grandfather to Piper, Harper, PaigeeLynn, Johnathon, Hazel, Jagger, Bella, Penelope, Claire, Ravynn, Sophia, Koden, Krue, and Snow, who brought endless happiness and light into his life.
He is also survived by his sister, Laura Giannakaris, sister-in-law, Corrina Dunn, and mother-in-law, Lynn Lacy, along with several nieces and nephews who will dearly miss him.
Aron is preceded in death by his mother, Connie Claybourn (Hough), as well as his brother Carl Flanagan grandmother Vera Hough and grandson Isaac Wallace.
In honor of Aron’s life, cremation rights will be accorded, and no public services will be held at this time. The family wishes for privacy as they mourn their loss.
