The Land of Lincoln Legal Aid and South Central Illinois United Way are providing a free program to expunge or seal your Marion County Criminal Records.
Many non-violent drug possession charges are eligible for expungement. Limitations include DUI, violent, and sexual charges.
Expunging criminal records could help you with housing or employment opportunities.
While the service is free to those who are income eligible, you must obtain an appointment and space is limited.
