A 35-year-old homeless Centralia man has been sentenced to three and a half years in prison after his probation was revoked a second time on an original conviction for possession of methamphetamine.
Shane Bell had earlier pleaded guilty to the revocation for failure to show up in court seven times on the charge. After he pleaded guilty, Bell was ordered held in the Marion County Jail until Wednesday’s sentencing hearing.
As a result, Bell will get credit for 153 days already served in the Marion County Jail. He will have to complete six months of mandatory supervised release when getting out of prison.
The original possession of meth charge dates back to December 2022.
