Centralia Police say they have questioned three juveniles in connection with multiple vehicle burglaries that occurred on Wednesday and Thursday of this week.
Some stolen items were recovered in their possession and in residences.
Police are still trying to determine how many of the more than eight vehicle burglaries committed this week along with a number the prior week were tied to this group.
At least eight vehicle burglaries were reported to Centralia Police on Wednesday and Thursday. Four occurred in the 1000 block of North Maple, including three at one residence. Other vehicle burglaries were reported in the 300 block of Janet Drive, 1100 block of West 7th, 200 block of North Hickory, and 300 block of East 7th.
Centralia Police Lt. Steve Whritenour is once again encouraging everyone to lock their vehicles and not leave keys inside inviting thefts and burglaries.
