The Mater Dei Knights overcame a 2 point deficit last night to come back and dominate the 2nd half in their 55-43 victory.  Gavin Peppenhorst finished with a game high 22 points for the Knights.  Salem got 19 from Noah Nix who surprised everyone, including some teammates, by not only starting on Senior Night, but playing well in his first game back from a shoulder injury he suffered in the Salem Invitational Tournament.  The Wildcats are 6-19 as they head to Freeburg on Friday before hosting Centralia for Mega Day and Pink Out on Saturday.  Mater Dei improves to 19-8.

Salem honored their Winter Sports Seniors prior to the varsity game.

The Centralia Orphans won again, this time beating Carbondale 51-26.

The SC Cougars dropped their home game to Webber Township 63-58 in double overtime.  Brody Markley scored 21 to lead SC, Westin Neilson added 17.  Nathaniel Marlow had 18 in the win for Webber.  Younger brother Jacob Marlow also had 18.

TTown got 16 from Gavin Addis as they beat Newton 46-39.
