The Salem Wildcat bowling team hosted a match with Mount Vernon yesterday at Salem Bowl. The Varsity boys won 3101-3025. Rhett Detering had the high series with a 680, Silas Moats added 670 and Keaton Gullion 650. Ryan Detering added 586 and Jaxon Ward 525.
The JV boys beat Bluford 2772-2665 behind a 591 series from Jarett Rushing. The JV 2 boys lost to Bluford 2074-1668. Kolby Hempen had the high series for Salem with a 532.
The Salem varsity girls beat Mount Vernon 2673-2343. Brooklyn Hamilton and Willow Amburgey both shot a 580 series. Ava Birch had the high game at 233.
The JV girls lost to Bluford 1788-1589. Lilah Barrow shot the high series with a 379.
