A 72-year-old Salem woman declined hospital treatment following a single vehicle crash on Route 37 South at the Fairgrounds Road on the southside of Salem.
Salem Police say Vickie Steavens of CJ Heck Road ran off the road into the roadside ditch.
The Salem Fire Protection District was called, but no extrication was needed.
The crash occurred at 5:07 Friday evening.
