A husband and wife have been arrested by Junction City Police for running from a traffic stop into their home. 48-year-old Mary Frank and 47-year-old Jesse Frank of 9th Street were later apprehended and charged with resisting or obstructing arrest. Mary Frank was also arrested on an outstanding no bond Marion County major traffic warrant. Jesse Frank was also arrested on a Clinton County felony failure to appear warrant in a retail theft case. Both were taken to the Marion County Jail to await a first court appearance.
Central City Police arrested 40-year-old Tia Beyers of Messenger Street in Patoka on outstanding St. Clair County traffic and felony retail theft charges. Bond was set at more than $9.9 million dollars.
51-year-old Demetrius Leonard of Champaign was arrested in Champaign County on a Marion County felony no bond warrant for failure to appear in a possession of methamphetamine case. He was transported back to the Marion County Jail.
