A 35-year-old Salem woman has pleaded guilty in Marion County Court to possession of between 15 and 100 grams of methamphetamine.
As part of the plea, Whitley Mulvaney of Meadow Lane had a Class X charge of possession with intent to deliver 15 to 100 grams of methamphetamine dropped. She was sentenced to four years probation and given credit for 152 days served in the Marion County Jail.
Mulvaney had been arrested by Salem Police following a July 2023 traffic stop in which 35 grams of methamphetamine in five labeled baggies and a scale were located.
