A 19-year-old Centralia man has pleaded guilty in Marion County Court to a felony theft charge in exchange for a residential burglary charge being dropped.
Isaac Tate of Devonia Drive had originally been charged with entering a home in the 400 block of South Pleasant Street with the intent to commit a theft in March of this year.
Tate was placed on 18 months’ probation and ordered to complete counseling and pay a $450 probationary fee.
